Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Twixor. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive efficiency and productivity. This role will be based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and will be a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

4 to 6 years of experience as a Business AnalystStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamProven experience in process improvement and change managementKnowledge of agile methodologies and toolsProficiency in business analysis software and toolsExperience in the IT services or consulting industry is a plusShould have experience in restful API.Should have experience in Client handling.

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze and document business processes and requirements.Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutionsWork closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic insightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutionsConduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysisMonitor and evaluate implemented solutions to ensure effectivenessProvide ongoing support and training to end-usersStay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysisWork Location: ChennaiNotice period: below 30 days or immediately.
