The Senior Manager - HR will manage a team of 5 HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and oversee the full employee lifecycle. The role will include overseeing Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compliance, HR strategy, organizational development, and executing HR projects. This position reports directly to the Head of HR.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 HRBPs, ensuring effective support across departments.
  • Foster employee engagement, development, and performance management.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exits.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and resolve employee concerns.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the talent acquisition process, working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure effective onboarding.

Payroll & Compliance:

  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.

HR Strategy & Organizational Development:

  • Collaborate with the Head of HR to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Lead initiatives for talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.

HR Project Execution:

  • Lead HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and HR technology initiatives.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure successful execution.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Provide regular reports on key HR metrics, including turnover, engagement, and payroll accuracy.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
  • MBA in Human Resources or related field (mandatory).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years managing a team of HRBPs.
  • Experience in handling HR operations for organizations with 500-1000 employees, preferably in healthcare.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and organizational development.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting.
