The Key Account Manager responsible for nurturing relationships with key clients, driving customer satisfaction, and exploring new business opportunities across Kerala. This individual is tasked with managing the most important client accounts, which contribute significantly to the company's revenue. The Key Account Manager is expected to develop and foster loyal, long-lasting relationships with each key customer, positioning themselves as a committed resource for the clients. The incumbent shall be responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products Hematology, Urine analysers, Protein chemistry,Biochemistry, Immunology.
Base Location: Cochin
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are effectively communicated and addressed.
Drive customer satisfaction and explore new business opportunities within the client base.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize client retention and growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the company has a clear understanding of customer expectations and to resolve customer issues effectively.
Work closely with supply chain and operations for forecast planning, stock positions, new product rollouts, and fulfillment excellence.
Act as a dedicated resource for key accounts, offering solutions to their problems and assisting them in realizing their business goals.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales of Hematology / Urine analysers, Protein chemistry /Biochemistry / Immunology
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to address consumer concerns and provide clear and concise responses to queries.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
Goal-oriented individual with a positive can-do attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment and accommodate difficult customers.
Critical awareness of industry best practices, regional competition, and market strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and drive positive results.
