About the job

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Catalyst Design Retail & OBS LLP in Bengaluru. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing Retail client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities

  • Establish effective communication with respective accounts and display a top level of professionalism and commitment
  • Effectively understand the brief from the client and instrument delivery of the products to the highest level of satisfaction with the help of the internal production team.
  • Should be able to manage projects in terms of timeline and cost
  • Develop estimates for projects with the help of the production and sourcing team. Effectively manage and control costs throughout the projects.
  • Should be able to routinely meet topline (business targets) and bottom line (profit on projects).
  • Should be able to build business vertically with the existing clients and horizontally by acquiring new clients through referrals or active pursuit.
  • Should be able to manage a team and external vendors negotiating the best costs to maximize profitability both for the client and the company.


Qualifications:

 

· Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline with a good hold of MS Excel and fluent communication.


 

Experience:

 

· 0-5 yrs experience in handling clients in any industry (preferably B2B businesses)

· Although freshers satisfying required attributes can also apply.

 

Preferred candidates:

· Candidates with prior experience in similar roles will have an edge.

· Job requires dealing with design and production, hence candidates must have a creative bent of mind.

· Job also requires good command on numbers, hence candidates must have proficiency in Excel.

· The job profile needs high level of commitment and a responsible approach towards it. Candidates with such attributes will be preferred.

 

Additional Information:

 

· This is a full-time position, reporting to the Centre Head. The position is a managerial position.

· This position is based at the our facility in Mahadevpura, Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
