Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Admission Counsellor to join our team in Mumbai. You will be responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admission process and helping them choose the right upGrad program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students.
  • Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses.
  • Schedule and conduct video counselling sessions.
  • Follow up with leads and drive course enrollments.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets (calls, counselling sessions, conversions).
  • Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1 to 6 years of experience in sales or counselling (EdTech preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and target orientation.
  • Comfortable working 6 days a week from the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹65,000.00 per month
