We, at ZakApps, are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 5-8 years of experience to join our dynamic and vibrant team. The ideal candidate should necessarily have a strong background in retail and eCommerce projects and can start within 15 days.

Position is to necessarily work from our office in Ashok Nagar, Chennai. If you are looking for WFH or Hybrid, please refrain from applying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements.
  • Create detailed process flow and data flow diagrams.
  • Document business processes, rules, and system configurations.
  • Analyze data using SQL to identify trends and provide insights.
  • Perform QA for the application to ensure the business requirements are addressed.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5-8 years of experience  as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on retail or eCommerce  projects.
  • Proven experience in client interaction and requirements documentation .
  • Strong proficiency in SQL  for data analysis.
  • Expertise in creating process and data flow diagrams .
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills .
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science  is a must.
