Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L3 support for SuccessFactors modules and integrations.
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and systems like Payroll, Time Management, ERP, etc., using SAP CPI, Boomi, and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across modules and integrations.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.
  • Maintain and enhance system configurations, workflows, and data models.
  • Support change requests, enhancements, and release management activities.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Integration Tools: SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Module Expertise: Employee Central (EC), Recruiting (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), Performance & Goals (PMGM), Learning (LMS), Compensation, Benefits.
  • Technical Knowledge: Configuration, workflows, business rules, data models, and XML.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SuccessFactors and related integrations.
