Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Indore. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, lead generation, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sales support. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies and participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions for team members
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
