Job Description: Executive Assistant to Business Head

Position: Executive Assistant (EA) to Business Head

Location: Seepz, Andheri, Mumbai

Experience: 2–4 years (with prior exposure to coordination, MIS, or strategy support preferred)

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant (EA) will work closely with the Business Head to provide strategic,

operational, and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to

detail, and the ability to drive follow-ups on key priorities. The EA will act as a bridge between the

Business Head and internal teams, ensuring timely execution and smooth coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Action & KPI Tracking

o Track and follow up on Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

with respective team members.

o Maintain and update trackers for strategic initiatives and ensure timelines are met.

o Provide updates to the Business Head on progress, highlighting delays or deviations.

  • Meetings & Coordination

o Schedule and organize internal and external meetings.

o Prepare agendas, circulate pre-reads, and record minutes with actionable items.

o Ensure timely follow-up on action points.

  • MIS & Reporting

o Compile and analyze data for Management Information System (MIS) reports.

o Create dashboards and trackers for business performance.

o Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and reports for reviews and strategy

meetings.

  • Calendar & Travel Management

o Manage the Business Head's calendar, priorities, and appointments.

o Coordinate travel plans, logistics, and itineraries.

  • Stakeholder Management

o Act as a point of contact between the Business Head and internal/external

stakeholders.

o Ensure effective communication and maintain confidentiality of sensitive

information.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.

  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management (mandatory).

  • 2–4 years of experience in executive assistant, business support, or coordination roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month
