We deliver comprehensive solutions in the Human Resource and Finance domains, helping businesses streamline their operations through innovative technology. Position Overview    We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Intern to join our team and help drive sales of our digital products in both B2B and retail markets. This is a field-based role that offers hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities    Sales Generation : Actively sell digital products to B2B clients and retail customers through field visits and direct engagement Lead Conversion : Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into successful sales Market Research : Identify potential clients and market opportunities in assigned territories Sales Strategy : Develop and implement creative sales ideas and approaches to meet targets Customer Relationship : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients using CRM tools Campaign Support : Work closely with the marketing team to understand and leverage ongoing campaigns for lead generation Reporting : Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates on progress Educational Qualifications    Any Graduate (All streams welcome) Preferred Skills    Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar tools Strong understanding of marketing campaigns and lead conversion processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in local area language(s) where positioned Self-motivated with a passion for sales Ability to work independently in field conditions Good interpersonal and negotiation skills Basic understanding of SaaS products (preferred but not mandatory) What You'll Gain    Hands-on experience in B2B and retail sales Exposure to SaaS products in HR and Finance domains Practical knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes Opportunity to develop sales and marketing strategies Professional growth in the IT services industry Location    Field-based position with travel required in assigned territory Duration    Internship (Duration to be discussed during interview)
