Description

Role Description
This is a freelance remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, They will also assess client needs, present appropriate solutions, and negotiate contracts.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Experience in business development or sales role
Knowledge of talent acquisition and management consulting industry
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
