Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B/B2C marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and business growth.
  • Conduct targeted lead generation through digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and outbound outreach.
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, product) to craft high-conversion marketing assets.
  • Drive product/service promotion campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms.
  • Track and report key metrics (leads, conversion, ROI) using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and AI-infused tools for automation, personalization, and customer engagement.
  • Engage in client meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand requirements and offer customized solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in marketing, lead generation, and sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong analytical mindset and result-oriented approach.
  • Exposure to AI-based marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Adobe Firefly, AI-driven email personalization, or analytics) is an added advantage.
