Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Job Posting: Assist in creating and publishing job postings on various platforms. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate initial screenings. Scheduling: Arrange interviews and maintain schedules for hiring managers and candidates. Database Management: Update and maintain candidate records in the recruitment database. Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and addressing inquiries. Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition. Reporting: Generate recruitment reports and provide data insights to the HR team. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
