Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Hiring Operations Specialist to streamline and oversee the operational aspects of the recruitment process. This role is essential for ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: Operational Coordination: Manage the end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring timely execution of hiring processes. Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment workflow and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. Scheduling and Logistics: Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding schedules, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders. Data Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems with accuracy and precision. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline status. Compliance Management: Ensure all hiring operations comply with company policies, client requirements, and labor regulations. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact between recruitment teams, clients, and candidates to resolve issues and streamline processes. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates by providing timely updates and addressing queries effectively. Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and external partners to ensure quality service delivery. Training Support: Assist in training new team members on operational processes and tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment operations or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
