Job DescriptionSia Partners is looking for an Accounting Manager to handle the accounting for our new Indian office, and to support other accounting teams of the Group.

You will report directly to the Group CFO based in France.

Accompany the opening of our new legal entity in India and set up local operations based on Group rules and processes, with support from Group Finance team

Be a business partner for local management teams within your perimeterControl activity data uploaded in the firm’s ERPProvide and analyze activity figures, raise issues, be an alert to management when neededProvide analysis and requested decks for local management meetings / steercosProcess accounts receivable for your perimeter.Manage customer projects in Sia Partners’ timesheets and invoicing systemMonitor and control consultants’ activityAdministrate invoices in the accounting systemFollow-up customer payments and manage your DSOPayables managementSupplier tracking, archiving and keeping invoices in the accounting systemControlling, archiving and maintaining expense sheets in the accounting systemCash and taxesHandle bank statements and reconciliationManage payments and cash-flowDeal with the monthly VAT returnMonthly & Yearly Closing and reportingBook all cut off entries and requested accruals to ensure a good separation of exercisesReview your accounts and provide an analytical review to the GroupLocal and corporate taxes calculation and booking with the support of a chartered accountantCashManage the entities cash and provide accurate cash forecasts to the GroupSupport other entities of the GroupRecruit and manage a team dedicated to other entities in the GroupOtherCoordinate annual closure and consolidation with the external auditorsCreate forecasts and budgets with the business partnersEnsure a good level of internal control within your perimeter, segregation of duties etc.

QualificationsMinimum 6 years of mixed experience in an audit firm, as a financial controller or head of finance in a firmAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skillsExceptional attention to detailAbility to work on own initiative with good decision-making skillsExcellent communication skillsHigh proficiency in ExcelFluency in English (written + oral)
