Review and approve test reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. 3. Quality Assurance & Documentation Oversee documentation control as per NABL guidelines. Ensure proper sample handling, preservation, and storage. Monitor environmental conditions in the lab. Prepare and maintain records related to equipment, training, audits, calibrations, and nonconformities. 4. Team Leadership & Training Guide, train, and monitor laboratory staff to ensure technical competence. Conduct regular training sessions on ISO/IEC 17025, calibration, method validation, and good lab practices. Maintain competency records and authorise personnel for specific tests. 5. Method Development & Validation Develop, validate, and update test methods as per customer requirements. Ensure uncertainty measurement calculations are done and updated.
