Role & responsibilities

  • Planning of work, materials, labours on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Analysis and study of drawings.
  • Co ordination with the contractors, Ensure execution of planned work as per GFC Drawings.
  • Ensure safety, quality of work done at site as per construction checklist.
  • Review of Working & construction drawings received.
  • Execution of Civil works like Structures & Buildings, Major foundation works as per drawings.
  • Estimation of Civil jobs including material, resources & manpower.
  • Monitoring the Progress of the project against planned schedule and reporting to management.
  • Preparation & Submission of RA bills monthly in coordination with Site Engineer
  • Maintaining the relevant qualities and test reports as per quality plan, daily progress reports and activity inspection Checklists.
  • Well Experienced in making Bar bending Schedule.
  • Handling cost-of-materials and on-site project visits documents.
  • Maintaining the daily and monthly reports of working.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in civil construction/project execution.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project.
  • Strong knowledge of foundations, structural works, and site management.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage contractors and ensure safety & quality at site.
  • English (Read/Write) & Hindi (Mandatory for communication).
  • Willing to relocate and work at PAN India project sites.
