Looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with expertise of strategic planning, Direct & Channel Sales, P&L and proven track-record of generating new business development, innovative strategies & turning around businessby building new partnerships and strong team engagement. The experience of working for motor insurance segment has brought confidence to meet any goals, targets & business objectives by providing solutions thru analysis, identification of the potential areas, cross functional team management skills working in matrix management environment. Establishing, scaling up and managing Motor insurance business across India, primarily through affinity model for various clients by doing a 360 degree need assessment and providing suitable Motor Insurance solutions Advocate for necessary enablers such as straight-through processing (STP) experiences, underwriting limits, and claims processes to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Drive discussions with insurers to develop tailored products, negotiate underwriting limits, and optimize claims processes to meet customer needs and business objectives. Develop and execute strategies to drive motor insurance sales growth, leveraging relationships with insurers and optimizing product offerings. Define customer journeys for motor insurance products, ensuring seamless experiences from purchase to claims settlement. Monitor sales performance, reconcile issuance numbers, and ensure timely commission payments. Define and optimize customer journeys for motor insurance products, incorporating insights from market research and customer feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements to digital platforms, customer service processes, and claims handling procedures. Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to enhance the company's market position
