Key Responsibilities:
Support Engagement Initiatives:
Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities, events, and campaigns.

Event Coordination:
Help organize team-building exercises, wellness programs, and festive celebrations.
Manage event logistics, communication, and follow-up activities.
Data Analysis:
Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and focus groups.
Present insights and actionable recommendations to improve engagement levels.
Recognition Support:
Assist in executing reward and recognition programs for employees.
Ensure timely acknowledgment of employee milestones and achievements.
Administrative Support:
Maintain records of engagement activities and track participation rates.
- Prepare reports and presentations to highlight the impact of initiatives.
