Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall management, coordination, ensuring compliance with the contract and liaison with PD & DPD.
  • Sets up the supervision organization and manages the whole team.
  • Lead the site team. Ensure all deliverables are prepared in accordance with quality and time constraints.
  • Liaison with the Contractors, Client and other stakeholders.
  • Monitoring of implementation programme & progress
  • Develop schedules for site works
  • Coordinate all elements of the construction activities
  • Review of method statement submitted by the contractor
  • Monitor the contractor's activities for ensuring quality, safety and conformity to contract specifications and timeframe
  • Make a suitable arrangement for monitoring the performance of the Contractors and their sub-contractors
  • Review the traffic management plan during construction
  • Verify completed work & prepare a request for payment to contractors
    • Certify progress claim from the contractor
  • Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of reports as per the contractual requirement
  • Ensure the implementation of QA and QC procedures to ensure the quality of supervision works
  • Ensure interface between design and site teams leading to timely and compliant as-built documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in Engineering
  • 20+ Years of Post Qualification Work Experience
  • 5+ Years of experience working in similar positions / role, on Metro Projects with GC / PMC / Client / Supervision firm.
  • More than 2 Metro Projects in similar or equivalent positions
