Business Development Executive

What You Will DeliverEfficiently manage and process client orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Collaborate with various departments to fulfill client requirements and resolve order-related issues promptly.Maintain comprehensive order records and track order statuses for clients.Identify upselling opportunities with existing clients to increase revenue and enhance their experience.Suggest additional requirements or services that align with clients' needs and preferences.Use persuasive communication skills to successfully upsell our services.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.Actively participate in ad-hoc business development activities, including identifying potential clients and market segments.Contribute to the development of sales strategies to expand our client base and revenue streams.Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals as needed. Who You AreBachelor's degree in any field.Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations or a similar role.Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented and able to meet targets.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client needs.Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong desire for career growthEagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.A strong desire for career growth and advancement within the company.
