- Knowledge of various têxtile production processes

**JOB DESCRIPTION -**

As a merchant at Star Kinits, you will play a pivotal role at facilitating communication & coordination between various stakeholders of the organization. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring smooth execution of orders from inception to delivery, meeting quality standards, timeliness & customer expectations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES -**
- Coordinate with internal departments like production, design, quality assurance to initiate, track & fulfil customers’ orders efficiently.
- Analyse raw material cost, production expenses, & overhead expenses to accurately estimate the cost of production & negotiate pricing with clients
- Collaborate with production managers to develop production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization & timely delivery of orders
- Plan vendor visits as & when required for fabric & other accessories.
- Prepare & maintain all necessary documents related to orders, including purchase invoice, shipping documents, quality reports, etc
- Manage procurement of raw materials & auxiliary supplies ensuring timely availability & maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers & external stakeholders to ensure sooth business operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities & market demand.
