Automation Test Architect – (Gen AI Exposure Mandatory) Location: Bengaluru Experience : 13- 16 years We are seeking a highly skilled Test Architect with deep expertise in Quality Engineering and Automation Framework Development . The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in architecting and implementing automation solutions across Web, API, and Mobile platforms , using JavaScript and Java . This role requires strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performing automation frameworks tailored to diverse project needs. Key Responsibilities: Architect and develop robust automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile platforms. Hands-on experience with JavaScript-based automation frameworks , especially Playwright (preferred), Cypress , and WebDriver.Io . Design and implement custom automation solutions aligned with specific project requirements. Strong understanding of Database Testing and Quality Engineering (QE) principles. Define and drive Test Strategies , Test Plans , and Automation Roadmaps . Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with customers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Mandatory exposure to GenAI concepts , with hands-on implementation in at least one project . Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Mandatory Skills: Framework Development JavaScript Database Testing GenAI Implementation Experience Nice to Have: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines , DevOps , and Cloud-based testing environments .
