Your primary focus will be on leveraging the HubSpot API and serverless functions to eliminate data silos, automate complex business processes, and provide our clients with clean, actionable data for decision-making.Key Responsibilities1. CRM Architecture & Customization- Custom Object Development: Design, build, and maintain custom HubSpot CRM Objects, Properties, Pipelines, and Record Layouts to precisely mirror client-specific business logic and relational data structures.- Data Governance: Lead complex data migrations, cleansing, and syncing projects, establishing best practices for data integrity, ownership, and hygiene across all client portals.- Front-End Extension: Develop and deploy Custom CRM Cards and specialized UI extensions within the HubSpot interface to display critical external data (e.g., payment status, inventory levels) for sales users.2. Advanced Integration & Automation- API Development: Engineer robust, bi-directional integrations between HubSpot and mission-critical external systems (ERP, custom payment gateways, proprietary databases) utilizing the HubSpot APIs (REST/GraphQL) and webhooks.- Workflow Logic: Create advanced, scalable workflow automations and custom coded actions using JavaScript/Python to manage lead routing, lifecycle stage progression, and SLA compliance.- Reporting Enablement: Configure custom reports and dashboards, ensuring data structure supports advanced marketing attribution and sales forecasting.3. Consultation & Technical Leadership- Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for HubSpot, consulting with Throttll’s strategy team and directly with clients to translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications.- Manage technical documentation for all custom developments and integrations to ensure long-term maintenance and scalability.Non-Negotiable Requirements- 4+ years of dedicated, high-level development experience with the HubSpot ecosystem.- Expert proficiency with HubSpot APIs for custom integrations and data manipulation.- Demonstrable experience building Custom CRM Objects and Custom Code Actions within HubSpot Workflows.- Strong command of JavaScript (Node.js) or Python for use in custom integrations and webhooks.- Proven ability to manage Git-based version control for deployment of custom CRM properties, themes, or integrations.- Deep understanding of the HubSpot data model across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.Highly Desired Expertise (A Strong Advantage)- Experience with HubSpot CMS Hub development (HTML, CSS/SCSS, and HubL).- Certification as a HubSpot Developer or Solutions Architect.- Experience integrating HubSpot with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) or enterprise CRMs (Salesforce).If you are a results-driven CRM developer ready to tackle complex integration challenges, please submit your application.Contact Details:Apply Now: Send your CV and a cover letter detailing your experience in the Nutra vertical to WhatsApp CV/Portfolio Link to:
