Assists with coordinating yearly processes including year-end closing, contract rollovers, yearly rate and work year calendars, staffing, etc.
Coordinates employee development and training activities.
Monitor adherence to internal policies
Skills
:Hands-on program management of our core HR services, partnering with the COEs and HRBPs to drive high quality execution of HR Operations, HRIS, Employee Resources, and Payroll enablement functions
.He/she should be able to plan, coordinate, and drive strategic initiatives focused on scaling HR support in a best practice- manner
.The candidate should have proven success in creating customer centric experiences in an efficient and culturally appropriate way. Ability to translate strategy into deep operational execution, leveraging process expertise and analytics skills
.Active focus on automation of processes/ HR Ops. Well versed in automation best practices in the service industr
