- Handling of all Legal Due Diligence of the tender documents, Project Organization.
- Negotiation of all legal aspects of Contracts/Agreements.
- Review all contracts or any other documentation where the company has committed itself & assess legal implication that need to be brought to the management attention.
- Review bid documentation and flag the risks, handling all legal issues related with Land – Private, Forest or Revenue and other corporate legal issues.
- Advise the business heads on legal and procedural aspects like Labour and Industrial Laws, Foreign Collaborations and Joint Ventures, setting up of subsidiaries, et al.
- Supporting and implementing the company intellectual property strategy.
- Prepare up documents & provided legal back up for setting up technology transfer.
- Ensure all activities under his/her control and supervision are compliant with all the laws of land and statutory requirement.
- Conduct all operation of function, ensuring social responsibility and accountabilities by following the company guideline of the same.
- Be responsible for ethical operation under his control.
- Be responsible for prevention, detection & reporting of bribery & other forms of corruption including breach of code of conduct & other company regulation.
- Avoid all such activity that could lead to or imply breach of code of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption etc.
