We are currently seeking a skilled Java Support Engineer to join our dynamic support team. As a Java Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients using Java-based applications. You will work closely with clients to understand and troubleshoot their issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure the smooth operation of their systems.Please be aware this is a full-time position based at our Chennai office- Ramanujam IT CIty, Tharamani.Responsibilities:Responding to client inquiries and providing technical support for Java-based applicationsDiagnosing and troubleshooting software issues and providing timely resolutionsCollaborating with development teams to escalate and resolve complex issuesCreating and maintaining documentation for support processes and proceduresParticipating in on-call rotation for after-hours supportRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience as a Java Support EngineerStrong knowledge of Java and Web API.Experience with troubleshooting and debugging Java-based applications.Familiarity with SQL and database conceptsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environment.Benefits
