Infotel India is a leading technology company that specializes in providing innovative solutions to businesses across various industries. We are currently seeking a skilled Java Support Engineer to join our dynamic support team. As a Java Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients using Java-based applications. You will work closely with clients to understand and troubleshoot their issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure the smooth operation of their systems.

Please be aware this is a full-time position based at our Chennai office- Ramanujam IT CIty, Tharamani.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to client inquiries and providing technical support for Java-based applications
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues and providing timely resolutions
  • Collaborating with development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for support processes and procedures
  • Participating in on-call rotation for after-hours support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Java Support Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of Java and Web API.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and debugging Java-based applications.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
