We are looking for an experienced Java Production Support to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and Support scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Able to work in production support environment (L2/L3 level support).
•Knowledge about the Incident, Problem and Change management.
•Experience with Unix commands and basic scripting.
•Experience in Database like Oracle, SQL server etc.
•Experience in Core Java.
•Troubleshoot/debug the issues and handle minor enhancement in unix/Java.
•Must be aware about Service Now, Dynatrace, Job Scheduling tool like CA7.
•Good communication skills to interact with business users.
