About the Role:
As a Branch Sales Manager , you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, managing CASA and liability accounts, cross-selling third-party products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies. This role demands strong sales skills, customer service orientation, leadership ability, and the capability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships while achieving branch-level sales targets.
️ Key Responsibilities:
Drive acquisition of CASA and liability accounts through field sales, referrals, and cold calling
Lead, guide, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve targets
Build and manage strong customer relationships within the branch network
Achieve branch liability sales and revenue goals
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal policies
Cross-sell insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products
