Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jabalpur for a CASA Acquisition Role at Kotak Mahindra Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) customers, conducting market research, managing programs, and effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with potential clients, formulating acquisition strategies, analyzing market trends, and reporting on acquisition progress.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Acquisitions and Program Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
