Firmware Embedded Developer

For one of the rolls inaddition to all the below requirements we need someone with solidexperience in STM32 TouchGFX Designer (a tool for designinggraphical user interfaces using ST32 microcontrollers.)
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in a team environment todevelop software requirements design methodologies coding performreviews and test plans for embedded devices and system for variousproducts.
Develop and document softwarearchitectures.
Help determine and manage proper softwarecontrol and configuration management parameters.
Requirement management estimation scheduling effort tracking defecttracking and quality metrics (defining and tracking).
Identify track and correct software defects. Work closely withother software development and quality assurance teams forcontinuous improvements.
Ensure all set process arefollowed with allowed deviation from the business units and developas well as document new processes and design practices as perbusiness needs.
Welldeveloped interpersonal skills thatcan be leveraged in working with team members of different culturesand backgrounds. The ability to work across different teams withinengineering and outside engineering to successfully achieveresults. Work independently on projects asdictated by the needs of the department.
EDUCATION& EXPERIENCE:
B.E. in Electronics EngineeringComputer or Computer Science Engineering.
Proficientlevel knowledge of following C C Python (Basic).
Priorexperience working on STM32 TouchGFX is must.
Demonstrated experience in firmware design and documentationpractices.
Demonstrated experience in writing firmwarefor applications incorporating RTOS (experience with FreeRTOS is amust)
Knowledge of version control is must: git andVSTS/Jira.
Demonstrated understanding of objectorientedprogramming.
Prior experience of communicationprotocols: SPI I2C UART RS485
Interface experience ofTouch LCD interface external memory interface.
Gooddebugging skill should know use of DSO Logic analyzer andMultimeter.
Good understanding of Hardware includingschematics and microcontrollerbased controls.
Goodorganizational capability. High attention to detail.
Development of firmware in a professional teamorientedenvironment.
Understanding of electrical components andgeneral electrical engineering design rules.
Minimum 3years experience in embedded firmware development
Experience working in Wifi and BLE will be good to have.
Experience with layered software architectures in embeddedproducts.
Programming experience in 8/16/32 bit on STM32microcontrollers.
