Audio FirmwareArchitect:

The position will primarily be for Infotainment segmentcustomers which are the areas targeted for ambitious businessgrowth

You will engage with customers todevelop a keen understanding of their goals strategies andtechnical needs and help to define and deliver highvalue solutionsthat meet these needs

By understanding theoverall endcustomerproduct/applicationusecase you will break itdown into different solutions components (silicon platform firmwaresecurity software libraries etc.)

You willtechnically coordinate a small team of talented engineers

Involve to the Audio System design and Development oftechnical requirement for Audio SW/Firmware

Keyteam responsibility includes development and maintenance ofembedded software for ICs with focus on automotive Infotainmentapplications

Develop the Audio SW algorithmframework and Firmware Code for various automotiveplatform

Translation of requirements to modulelevel functionality together with architects

Creation and maintenance of unit tests

Interactclosely with Audio validation team and other stakeholders

Preparation and contribution to reviewprocedures

Essential skills:

Advanced C/C and Assembly Codingskills

Experience in DSP SW architectureEmbedded System design and implementation in an RTOSenvironment

Good understanding of Audio systemdomain Digital signal processing and Knowledge of fixed pointprogramming techniques

Strong softwaredebugging skills using JTAG Emulator or Simulator

Experience with communication protocol such as SPI I2CPCIe etc.

Experience with embedded developmenttoolchains debugging tools and version control systems

Experience in continuous Development and integrationenvironment (Jenkins Bamboo etc.)

A very goodteam player with good interpersonal planning excellent verbal andwritten communication skills

Excellentanalytical and problem solving skills

Innovative thinking and willingness to work in new areas

Preferred skills:

Solid understanding of compiler linker loaderand other tools

Prototype new features onMATLAB or equivalent and demonstrate using Simulation

Experience with Audio Peripherals such as ADC DAC SPDIFPCM IIS TDM PDM etc.

Experience with SVN orAtlassian tool such as JIRA Bitbucket and confluence

Experience in working in an agilesoftware development environment

RF Domainexperience is added advantage for Simulcast Role

Knowledge and experience using Audio precisionOscilloscope Spectrum analyzer and Logic Analyzer.

Good understanding of HW systems and ability to read /understand schematics and layout files

Aware ofquality process ASPICE or ISO26262
