(High Salary) Sales Specialist

We are looking for a sales associate for our premium admissions team.
The charter for this role will include:
- Meet Allotted Sales/Revenue Targets.- Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey.- Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings- Report & Data Management- Implement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the team- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets- Pipeline forecast & Management- Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors
Ideal Persona would:
- The candidate should be from overseas industry (Mandatory).- In-depth knowledge of sales for 1 year+ in premium admissions.- Sound Understanding of various courses, eligibility criteria, career options across various disciplines (Germany would be preferred)- Experience in working with CRMs ( such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc..) is desirable.- Excellent in written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences- Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred)- Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.- Expertise in time management, analytical and organisational skills along with prior experience in Team Management
