Job Title: Junior Human Resource

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Support the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and other HR-related activities.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and internal communications.
  • Manage attendance records and support payroll coordination.
  • Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and processes.
  • Contribute to performance management and training & development initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow in the HR field.
  • Proactive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to contribute to HR projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6, ₹12,000.00 per month
