Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to join our finance team. The Billing Executive will be responsible for generating invoices, managing billing operations, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, a good understanding of billing procedures, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices based on client contracts, sales orders, or service delivery.
  • Ensure all billing information is complete and correct, including tax calculations, discounts, and payment terms.
  • Track and manage outstanding receivables; follow up on overdue invoices and coordinate with clients for payments.
  • Maintain up-to-date billing records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding billing issues, payment status, and account statements.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and audit processes.
  • Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant tax regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable (Freshers with relevant internships may be considered).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and billing/accounting software (e.g.,Zoho Books)
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with GST, VAT, or other relevant tax regulations.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems or CRM software integration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
