The Inside Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, guide team members to achieve targets, and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, monitoring sales metrics, and identifying market trends. The individual will also ensure consistent and excellent customer service, supporting the team in delivering outstanding client experiences.QualificationsProven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive revenue and meet sales goals. Strong skills in Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships. Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership to effectively guide, motivate, and mentor a sales team. Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. A results-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop impactful strategies. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in the AI or technology sector is an advantage.
