About the Role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious
Sales Manager
to lead our growth in the rapidly expanding field of
metrology, inspection, and industrial automation solutions
. This role is ideal for someone with
strong sales acumen
, a passion for technology, and the ability to connect with clients in
aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, and energy sectors
.

You'll be the face of Xellr in the UAE & GCC ,building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals that shape the future of smart manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive
    new business development
    in metrology solutions (CMMs, laser trackers, portable arms, automation software).
  • Own the
    end-to-end sales cycle
    – from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Partner with technical experts to deliver
    tailored solutions
    that solve client challenges.
  • Build strong networks with
    OEMs, resellers, and industry leaders
    .
  • Represent Xellr at
    exhibitions, trade shows, and client demos
    .
  • Report on
    market insights, competitor activities, and customer trends
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 4–7 years of
    B2B sales experience
    in
    metrology, industrial automation, or precision engineering
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    dimensional measurement systems
    (CMMs, laser measurement, portable arms).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed
    sales targets
    in a technical/industrial environment.
  • Excellent
    relationship-building and negotiation skills
    .
  • Based in UAE (Dubai preferred), with
    regional travel flexibility
    .
  • Valid UAE driving license
