Position - " Google Ads Paid Campaign Manager"

Location - Noida 63

Key responsibility

  • Develop and execute paid search campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube) that drive traffic to our website and generate quality leads for medical tourism services.
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to align ad creatives and messaging with overall brand guidelines and market needs.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing, cost-effective keywords for medical tourism services.
  • Regularly analyse campaigns, and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords to improve performance, reducing cost per lead while maintaining lead quality.
  • Monitor and analyses campaign performance metrics, including clicks, impressions, conversion rates, cost per lead, etc.
  • Prepare and present detailed monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Use Google Analytics and other tracking tools to measure and optimize the customer journey on the website.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures to determine the most effective approach for converting potential patients.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and aligned with paid campaign goals.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, Google Ads updates, and best practices in the medical tourism sector.
  • Work closely with other departments (SEO, content marketing, social media, customer service, etc.) to align digital marketing efforts and maximize cross-channel opportunities.
