We are seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Executive to manage, optimize, and scale our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in paid media management, and a creative mindset to drive ROI-focused campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, You Tube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid strategy adjustments to maximize ROI. Develop and monitor PPC budgets , ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with business objectives. Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and creatives in collaboration with the design/creative team. Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other reporting tools . Generate weekly and monthly performance reports , highlighting KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions. Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to implement best practices. Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall digital marketing strategies . Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of proven experience in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of PPC, remarketing, retargeting, and funnel-based advertising strategies . Proficiency with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager . Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .
