We are seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Executive to manage, optimize, and scale our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in paid media management, and a creative mindset to drive ROI-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid strategy adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and monitor PPC budgets , ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with business objectives.
  • Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and creatives in collaboration with the design/creative team.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other reporting tools .
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports , highlighting KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall digital marketing strategies .
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, remarketing, retargeting, and funnel-based advertising strategies .
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager .
  • Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification preferred.
