Responsibilities

  • Provisioning
  • Monthly reports
  • Project pipeline
  • India Market Strategy/Action Plan Update
  • MRF- ordering product for sampling/testing
  • Doing courier if someone asked for
  • Maintaining Calendar
  • Travel bookings Arrangement
  • Month end celebrations
  • Gifts distributions or planning outings
  • Putting agendas for leadership and marketing meetings
  • Routing queries related to credit cards/IT/access cards etc.
  • Working on some old PO's if that are still open.
  • Taking care of hard copies of agreements as legal will not take hard copies
  • Scanning & sending to concerned person
  • Onboarding: I&S team
  • Distribution of newly launched products.
  • Adding newly added member in various groups and outlook distribution emails.
  • GMM: Agenda & initiate GMM.
  • Event organizing
  • Meeting organizing Onboarding
  • Vendor code creation
  • PR/PO Creation
  • Sending PO to vendor and asking for invoice
  • Submission of invoice to scan desk & validating if the product has been delivered to requester or not.
  • Following up for payments
  • Preparing Expense Reports


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 - 5 years' experience in Department Coordinator/Sales Coordinator/Executive assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint presentation
  • Business Writing
