**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department by managing daily activities, facilitating communication, and supporting various projects. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Experience**: 1 -2 Year of Experience or Fresher
**Skills**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Coordination**:
- Client coordination for projects enquiry, status, issues and others.
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to management.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and departments.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle logistics, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
- Ensure all events run smoothly and efficiently.
- **Data Management**:
- Collect, analyze, and report on data to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Generate insights from data to identify areas for improvement.
- **Team Support**:
- Assist team members with various tasks and projects.
- Provide training and guidance to new team members as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role or Fresher.
- Experience in project management or meeting planning is a plus.
**Work Environment**:
- Typical office environment with standard office equipment.
- Occasional travel may be required for event coordination or off-site meetings.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
