Role- Business Coordinator
The person
This person will be involved in coordinating various tasks and activities to ensure smooth communication, collaboration, and execution across departments. The Business Coordinator will work closely with different teams to streamline processes and drive productivity.

Responsibilities

·        Responsible for maintaining overall documentation of the new pre – onboarded freelance engineers and oversee the successful completion as per SLA.

·        Work as a Liaison between different departments, fostering clear communication and cooperation to complete the smooth onboarding of the Engineers.

·        Responsible for tracking progress and resolving issues and queries.

·        Responsible in preparing reports and status updates for management and stakeholders.

·        Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure effective collaboration.

·        Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements and monitor their impact.

 

Skills And Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business coordination or support roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tool and software.
  • Should have good knowledge in MS office.   

Should Have

  • Hardware Pre-requisites: - laptop (8gb RAM), windows 10/11, internet speed- min 30 MBPS upload and download
