We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategy & Finance Manager with a
strong background in business finance, particularly in procurement. The ideal
candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and hold an MBA in Finance or be a
qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). This role demands a high level of strategic
thinking, analytical skills, and program management capabilities to drive financial
performance and support strategic initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Managing P&L and Cash Flow statements and financial KPIs.
Experience of working with eCommerce or B2B procurement companies is a big plus
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with
the company's long-term objectives.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business
decisions, including profitability analysis, cost management, and financial
forecasting.
• Procurement Finance : Collaborate with the procurement team to analyze
spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve financial efficiency
within the procurement function.
• Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets to ensure
financial targets are met.
• Program Management : Lead and manage financial programs and projects,
ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Performance Reporting: Develop and deliver regular financial performance
reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through robust
analysis and strategic planning.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with
internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, procurement, and
operational teams.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives within
the finance function, leveraging best practices and innovative approaches.
Qualifications
• Education: MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business finance, with a focus on
procurement finance preferred.
Skills:
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent program management skills.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes and financial
implications.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software/tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
