We are seeking
highly accomplished STEM professionals
to contribute to our GenAI data initiatives. This role involves designing and executing advanced data collection and evaluation workflows, collaborating with researchers and engineers, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with GenAI researchers and engineers to understand data requirements.
  • Translate high-level goals into detailed workflows and guide execution for teams.
  • Deliver collection and evaluation tasks independently with speed and accuracy.
  • Innovate and optimize workflows to maximize efficiency and quality.
  • Partner with peers and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain scale and excellence.

Qualifications & Background

  • Advanced academic qualifications (Master's or PhD) in a STEM discipline.
  • Strong academic track record with demonstrated expertise in teaching, mentoring, or research.
  • Proven ability to solve advanced undergraduate and postgraduate-level STEM problems.

Preferred Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in teaching or mentoring students for national-level STEM exams (e.g., JEE, NEET, GATE) or equivalent.
  • Experience designing high-quality learning materials, problem sets, or research-level content.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
