Recruitment Team LeadResponsibilities:- Review and assess CVs and candidate applications against job specifications.- Assess the CVs shared by recruiters, and shortlist qualified candidates to be shared to client.- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistics are confirmed.- Prepare interview packs for hiring managers, including candidate CVs and interview schedules.- Maintain clear and concise communication with recruiters in the team throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed of interview updates and next steps.- Daily status updates to the Account Managers.- Assist Account Managers in client meetings (as needed) and liaise with clients in their absence.- Maintain accurate records and reports on all recruitment activities assigned.- Support the Account Manager in building and maintaining strong client relationships.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best recruitment practices.Qualifications:- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in an IT recruitment role.- Singapore/Malaysia recruitment experience is strongly preferred.- Team Lead experience is required.- Extensive understanding of IT Skills, able to screen CVs based in IT as well as in banking roles independently.- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiations and managing offers.- Good understanding of Singapore Employment pass considerations will be a plus- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in written and verbal.- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Ability to prioritize workloads, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.- Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- A positive and proactive attitude.
