Key Responsibilities
- Make engaging outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential customers
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships
- Represent / VIP India with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records
- Collaborate with a passionate team to drive positive impact
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SSC (10th pass)
- Minimum 6 months of telesales experience in a B2C environment
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarati, or Bengali is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a learning mindset and proactive attitude
- Age: 23 to 40 years preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
