Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help expand our clientele. As the face of the company, you will be dedicated to creating and implementing effective sales strategies. The primary goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through increased sales and the establishment of strong client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
- Coordinating business generation activities
- Developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions/support
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- speaking with the leads to secure, retain, and grow clients.
- Creating informative presentations
- Maintaining a list/database of prospective clientele
- Responsible for multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Closing sales and guiding clients through the closing process
- Collaborating with management on sales goals
- Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Prior experience with one of the leading Digital Marketing Agencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
