We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated fresher to join our Data Process & Automation Team. As a fresher you will have the opportunity to work with large datasets perform data analysis and contribute to process improvements and automation solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Data Management : Collect clean and organize large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Data Analysis : Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and generate meaningful insights.
  • Statistical Analysis : Perform statistical analysis to support various projects and business decisions.
  • Collaboration : Work with different teams to create and maintain reports and documentation.
  • Data Visualization : Develop visual representations of data to effectively communicate findings.
  • Process Improvement : Participate in process improvement initiatives experimentation and automation projects.

Requirements
  • ProblemSolving : Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
  • Communication & Teamwork : Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with other teams.
  • Technical Skills : Familiarity with MS Office especially MS Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Aptitude : Strong aptitude and logical thinking skills.
  • Adaptability : Flexible with working hours and comfortable meeting strict deadlines.
  • Learning Mindset : Eager to learn inquisitive and quick to adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Commitment : Willing to commit to working with Team Everest for at least 2 years.

You should have excellent English communication and writing skills. Be able to express ideas clearly and explain solutions in a simple way. A keen eye for detail to make sure no issues are missed. Support during weekends and holidays to solve queries on time.
